Ines Beyer, MSc, author of “Death is Not the End”, our speaker on May 13, 2017

Ines Beyer will be speaking on the subjects in her book on death and the afterlife, research that suggests consciousness exists outside the human brain and body; insights out-of-body and near-death experiences can provide.

  • Have you wondered what happens to your consciousness after your body dies?
  • Are you hoping for, or believing in an afterlife, but just aren’t sure?
  • Would you prefer more evidence that leads beyond religion, mediums, or blind faith?

Would you like to know:

  • How we continue to live after physical death and what to expect.
  • The three types of “deaths” (or deactivations), and how they affect our awareness.
  • How we spend the period between lives and the importance of a life mission.
  • Ways to come to peace with leaving this life, and letting family, friends, or partners go.

“This is the best book on death and the nature of the soul that I have ever read – and I have read most of them. A unique combination of research, empirical observation, and well-grounded theory, “Death is Not the End” is a jewel. Ines Beyer has contributed greatly to our knowledge of our nature with this publication. This deserves to be a best seller.”

president of the Los Angeles International Association for Near-Death Studies
“Personally, I have walked out-of-body in the afterlife, traveling well beyond the horizon of our perceived physical reality, during my own near-death experience. So, I know that the concepts of OBE and NDE are valid. I welcome this new model and will use it in my work.”
       – Alan R. Hugenot, Ph.D., author of The Death Experience: What it is like when you die.

Ines Beyer, M.Sc., is the author of the book “Death is Not the End,” and winner of the International Excellence Body, Mind, Spirit Book Award. “HOME:  How NDEs Point to a Location That is Not Here”

Rich Martini will discuss the latest research that he’s done with his most recent book, “Hacking the Afterlife.”  A filmmaker and author, Martini began his research into the flipside with his documentary and book “Flipside: A Tourist’s Guide on How to Navigate the Afterlife.”  His follow up book “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife (Volumes 1 and 2)” explored Near-Death Experiences (NDE), and those who’ve had both an NDE and a between life session with a hypnotherapist to explore the memory of the NDE. hacking

In “Hacking the Afterlife” he converses with a number of people who claim to have access to the flipside, and delves into interviews with mediums who bring back “new information” from those who are no longer on the planet.

In his research into NDE’s and other consciousness altered events, (people under hypnosis, via an Out of Body Experience or some other event), he’s often come across the concept that people refer to the flipside as “home.”  In this talk, he’ll examine how it could be that “home” is not here, where we are, but somewhere else.

Rich is a frequent guest on George Noory’s Coast to Coast AM. His website, http://www.richmartini.com/

Rich is a popular speaker. It’s suggested to arrive at the meeting early to assure seating.

Nelson Abreu

Date:          Saturday, September 12, 2015

Time:         1:00-4:00 pm

Place:         Unity of Tustin, 14402 Prospect Ave., Tustin, CA
(Drive to the back of the church, turn left, and park.  Enter the 2nd door you come to).

Nelson Abreu from the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC) will lead a discussion on the positive effects and potential implications of the out-of-body experience for personal and social transformation. In addition to spontaneous or near-death OBEs which tend to bring positive behavioral changes and life mission inspiration to those who have them, intentional OBEs could provide a similar catalyst for development to a greater number of people.  Nelson will discuss how researchers and practitioners at IAC and other organizations are furthering this vision of a larger number of “multidimensionally-aware” individuals.

Nélson Abreu serves as vice-director of Research and Scientific Communication at International Academy of Consciousness (IAC). The electrical engineer, educator, and author began experiencing and studying transformative, “multidimensional” consciousness phenomena such as out-of-body experiences (OBEs) since 1998. Nelson enjoys sharing experiences and ideas based on his own research and what he has learned from colleagues and students he has encountered in the past 2 decades.  He teaches about OBEs, subtle energy, lucid dreaming, near-death experience, psychic and spiritual development at IAC since 2003.

His studies have encompassed consciousness and its relationship with extraordinary human experiences like out-of-body experience, subtle energy and psychometry, as well as economics, biological evolution, physics, and engineering.

Most recently, he joined leading and emerging minds in the field at the first International Congress of Consciousness Science in Portugal (May 2015), where he unveiled a sound-based system he co-developed to facilitate subtle energy and OBE states. He has presented at colleges all over the world.

Kienda Valbracht

Date:          Saturday, December 13, 2014

Time:         1:00-4:00 pm

Place:         Unity of Tustin, 14402 Prospect Ave., Tustin, CA

Kienda had an NDE (near-death-experience) at birth and the reason why she had many STEs (spiritually transforming experiences) in her early childhood years. In her late teens, to more deeply understand her own experiences, she began exploring the world’s religions, cults, and mystery.

Kienda is also a SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) mother. She bore the shock and sorrow of her infant son’s death. Her continued relationship with her son, Christian Alexander, has contributed to her book, Lucid Death: Conscious Journeys Beyond the Threshold.

She says most people have no idea what happens after death, and so live in fear of the unknown.  Everyone needs a clear, comprehensible understanding of death and the beyond, including doctors, nurses, caretakers and hospice workers, because all physical life begins at birth and ends universally in death. Through her research and experience, she offers information, insight, and hopefully, can help to dissolve the fear, leading to a richer, fuller life.  That experience includes: Reiki Master, Institute of Cultural Affairs Facilitation Training, Interdimensional Consciousness Training. Minister of Spiritual Healers and Earth Stewards (SHES), Multi-dimensional Cellular Healing, SIDS Grief Counselor, Hospice, Tai Chi Chuan, Firewalking, Omega, Tarot, Subud, Sufi Healing Order, IANDS, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Rites of Passage, Costume Design, Theater Production, Singing, Motherhood, Waldorf Education, and Anthroposophy.

Kienda has an IMA in Thanatology (the study of Death,) and is a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

In view of Robin William’s suicide, Dr. Raymond Moody talks about suicide

Dr. Raymond Moody is a psychiatrist and NDE (near-death experience) researcher who’s most famous as an author of books about life after death and NDEs, a term that he coined in 1975 in his best-selling book Life After Life.

It is a series of short clips of Dr. Moody talking about suicide. One of his key points:  attempters who did not have an NDE before revival will consistently attempt suicide again. Attempters who DID have NDEs will not attempt again. Thank you so much Dr Moody for sharing this with us!
