Does life have meaning? Meet Nick Vujicic, born without arms, legs

When dealing with issues such as life and death, or life after death, or life before life, the question often comes up about our life’s purpose.  I write a few blogs, RobinBarrBuzz is one of them, where today, I wrote an overview of Nick’s life.  He is now a motivational speaker, humanitarian, businessman, and was recently married this past February in California.

It includes a few short videos and pictures.  I believe that many participants and visitors of IANDS will find this of interest.

Video: An easy, effective accupressure technique for grief

griefOften, visitors at our monthly IANDS meetings are drawn to our group due to grief.   There are many energy-based techniques for grief, this is but one of them.  Remember that grief can extend to loss of a pet, a business, home, friendship, or relationship.   The video is 70 seconds long.

Brad and Kasey Wallis, speakers at 7/14/12 meeting

Saturday, July 14, 2012

1:00pm to 4:00pm
Guest Speakers:
Brad and Kasey Wallis

In 2007, Brad Wallis was involved in a major car accident, but that’s not when he died.  That happened one year later while he was still recovering from his injuries when he accidentally overdosed on one of his medications.

Please join us to hear Brad’s experience, what he learned when out of his body, and the agreement he made for returning. Kasey, now Brad’s wife, came into his life after his NDE to help him teach what is on the other side, utilizing her gift of channeling.

If you plan to attend, and would like us to try and notify you if there is a last minute change the day of the meeting (i.e. meeting cancellation), email your home and cell phone numbers, and email address to as soon as possible.  Thankfully, this rarely occurs.

We meet the 2nd Saturday of each month, from 1pm-4pm at Unity Church of Tustin, 14402 Prospect Ave., Tustin, CA.  Drive to the back of the church, turn left, and park. You will see a few classrooms. Enter the 2nd door you come to.

  • Each meeting contains a break half-way through, and afterwards, questions and answers, and discussion. There is no pressure to participate in a discussion.
  • Not everyone who attends has had a near-death or spiritually transformative experience. Everyone has their own reason why this group is of interest, and all are welcome.
  • We encourage a donation of $10 per person for our expenses, but no one is turned away.

All are welcome. It’s often a fun extension of the meeting where we meet at close-by Mimi’s Cafe. 17231 17th St., Tustin, (714) 544-5522.  Directions:  Leaving the church parking lot, turn right on Prospect.  At 17th Street, turn Left.  Get in right hand lane.  A few blocks down, just before the 55 freeway, you’ll see Mimi’s on the right.

We meet to talk about and share near-death experiences, questions about death and dying, and the latest information from NDE research.  IANDSgroups such as ours can be found in communities around the world.
