September 9th Meeting with Austyn Wells

Join the Orange County Chapter of the International Association for  Near Death Studies for their Monthly Speaker Meeting.

Our guest speaker will be Austyn Wells

Austyn Wells is a Spiritual Medium and Soul Gardener who empowers individuals to create soul-centered lives. A certified grief counselor, she combines her intuition and mediumship with shamanism, energy medicine, and sacred ceremony.

She had her first experience with the Spirit world at five years old.  This profound and life impacting experience solidified her knowledge of a constant and present Heaven.  Two years later, she relaxed into a drowning experience, as her innocent faith in the eternity of her soul transcended her earthly fear.

Working as an intuitive most of her life, she combines shamanism, grief counseling, and mediumship to empower individuals to create soul-centered lives.  In 2012, psychic medium John Edward invited her to host her own weekly show on his Spiritual website Infinitequest.

She has been the Guest Medium for the California State Spiritualist Convention, as well as a guest medium, presenter and educator at many national conferences, including the Afterlife Awareness Conference and Medium Robert Brown’s Spiritual retreat at the infamous A.R.E. in Virginia Beach.  Her first book will be released in the Fall of 2018 through New Harbinger Publications.

During her talk, Austyn will answer questions regarding the afterlife, soul-to-soul communication, and offer Spirit messages to open participants.

August Meeting with Anita Baroldi

Join the Orange County Chapter of the International Association for  Near Death Studies for their Monthly Speaker Meeting.

Our guest speaker will be Anita Baroldi

Anita Baroldi is a pilot, educator and service coordinator for NOA ( No One Dies Alone). Anita was born in Chattanooga, TN and graduated from College with a degree in Education and Psychology.  She moved to Los Angeles after graduation and taught High School in mid-city of Los Angeles.

She later moved to Orange County and was an Intermediate High School counselor in Santa Ana Unified School District.  It was during this period that she experienced two NDE’s from an ectopic pregnancy.  This changed her life experience forever.  She was hospitalized for over 5 weeks in SICU at Mission Hospital.  During most of her hospital stay, she was alone.  On the day of discharge, she weighed 72 pounds.

After this life threatening event, Anita completed the graduate studies from Pepperdine University and became the Coordinator of Psychological Studies for Santa Ana Unified School District. Later, she became an ATP pilot having flown for over twenty years.

All in her past has prepared her and lead to the greatest gift of her life, service as Coordinator of NODA Program (No One Dies Alone).  It’s not hospice. She works with people who are dying alone in a hospital or at home, when family members and friends feel ill-equipped with the death process, even if they are themselves trained professionals.

Anita describes herself as ‘neutral’, and has faith, compassion, and trust for the ‘Life Process’. She says our culture is very brave, yet fearful of death, and wants to demonstrate to others that our culture can change.

What would happen if more people experienced the afterlife prior to death?

You’re invited to the September 12th, 2015 meeting of Orange County IANDS Support and Interest group in Tustin, CA to hear a fascinating talk and discussion.

Featured Speaker

imgres

Nelson Abreu

Date:          Saturday, September 12, 2015

Time:         1:00-4:00 pm

Place:         Unity of Tustin, 14402 Prospect Ave., Tustin, CA
(Drive to the back of the church, turn left, and park.  Enter the 2nd door you come to).

Nelson Abreu from the International Academy of Consciousness (IAC) will lead a discussion on the positive effects and potential implications of the out-of-body experience for personal and social transformation. In addition to spontaneous or near-death OBEs which tend to bring positive behavioral changes and life mission inspiration to those who have them, intentional OBEs could provide a similar catalyst for development to a greater number of people.  Nelson will discuss how researchers and practitioners at IAC and other organizations are furthering this vision of a larger number of “multidimensionally-aware” individuals.

Nélson Abreu serves as vice-director of Research and Scientific Communication at International Academy of Consciousness (IAC). The electrical engineer, educator, and author began experiencing and studying transformative, “multidimensional” consciousness phenomena such as out-of-body experiences (OBEs) since 1998. Nelson enjoys sharing experiences and ideas based on his own research and what he has learned from colleagues and students he has encountered in the past 2 decades.  He teaches about OBEs, subtle energy, lucid dreaming, near-death experience, psychic and spiritual development at IAC since 2003.

His studies have encompassed consciousness and its relationship with extraordinary human experiences like out-of-body experience, subtle energy and psychometry, as well as economics, biological evolution, physics, and engineering.

Most recently, he joined leading and emerging minds in the field at the first International Congress of Consciousness Science in Portugal (May 2015), where he unveiled a sound-based system he co-developed to facilitate subtle energy and OBE states. He has presented at colleges all over the world.

Watch Near Death Experience Documentary: Conversations with God

near-death-experienceThis older, one-hour documentary hosted by Joseph Campanella features people who have had near-death experiences (NDE) who share their fascinating personal accounts. Especially intriguing information is offered by Dannion Brinkley (author of Saved by the Light), who had his first near-death experience after being struck by lightning, was resuscitated, and continued to live with multiple medical problems, yet with a positive attitude. He then had a second NDE years later while in the hospital, and again returned to life. Medical experts and well-known authors who have specialized in the subject provide convincing factual evidence that these experiences are real events that occur as part of the transition from life to death, not brain chemical-induced hallucinations or delusions caused by shock. Many individuals (including some very small children) remember similar things, such as being in the presence of a loving being with whom they could wordlessly communicate and together reviewed their lives. A striking aspect of these experiences is that most of the people who have had them seem to no longer have a fear of death.

Also featured are Grace Bubulka, Dianne Morrissey, Dr. Raymond Moody, Dr. Melvin Morse, Dr. Larry Dossey, and Paul Perry.

PresentsCristael Bengtson

In 1998, Cristael Ann Bengtson had a luminous near-death experience where she was lifted up into a beautiful Light that enfolded her in pure divine love.

Where most near-death-experiences are the beginning of profound life changes, Cristael’s NDE was a culmination of a lifetime of mystical and out-of-body experiences. Throughout them all, she was loved with a love that was like glorious golden light that poured into her, filling her with the knowing that she was loved in a way that no human love could equal.  The experience of that loving Light was so beautiful, so powerful, and so clear, that the memories of Cristael’s experiences have never faded over the years.

You won’t want to miss Cristael’s extraordinary story.  Questions and answers will follow her talk.

Cristael is the author of Sacred Light, Spirit Eagle: My Visionary Life and Near Death Experience.

Please note that the Sukyo Mahikari practitioners who transmit spiritually energy, will not be available at this meeting.  They will be available on June 8, 2013 in the hour prior to the meeting.  As always, there is no charge.  If interested, please reserve a spot by emailing Tom Michaelsen at tomm7@earthlink.net.  Sukyo Mahikari is the giving and receiving of positive, spiritual energy transmitted from the palm of the hand toward the receiver while both sit on chairs.  The energy transmitted purifies and revitalizes the spirit, mind, and body. You are welcome to invite your friends and family to receive light.  It is not necessary to stay for the OC IANDS meeting afterwards, although all are welcome. For more information on Sukyo Mahikari, click on the link below.
