In 1974, Anne Perrah was given the gift of an NDE. An incredible feeling of well-being and unconditional love came over her so powerful that, to this day, she has never feared death. She had never heard of a “near-death experience” at that time and had no one to talk to about her experience for many years. Yet, her own spiritual journey changed dramatically as a result of her NDE. When her stepmother died, Anne’s own lack of fear about death allowed for her to help her stepmother to pass over more peacefully. Eleven years later, tragedy struck when Anne’s 22-year old daughter died in a fire. Anne was able to use what she learned from her own NDE to help her get through that spiritually challenging time. She will share her story with us in greater detail and answer questions afterwards.
We won’t be providing snacks at future meetings

Life-changing audio interview-the afterlife, reincarnation, our soul
I highly recommend listening to this interview from September 11, 2012 with George Noory, radio host of CoasttoCoastAM. It had a profound effect on my life, where I now just roll with the day-to-day life events without the struggle. Journalist and filmmaker Rich Martini discusses his incredible journey finding evidence for the afterlife, life between lives, and “soul groups”; how when we’re between lives, we plan the circumstances of our next life, when the soul enters the body – and there’s a little surprise about that – and much, much more. It’s a 3 hour interview, but I didn’t want it to end!
He also touched on his extensive research into the fate of Amelia Earhart, for which he also made a documentary detailing what actually happened to her. This, too, is a fascinating story.
Grab a cup of coffee or tea, get comfortable, here’s the interview. There’s an unrelated interview that precedes it with Stewart Rhodes, founder of the Oath Keepers, where he talks about changes that have taken place in post 9-11 America. He contends the 9-11 attacks were used as an excuse to dismantle the Bill of Rights. If you wish to skip that, scroll forward to 38 minutes 30 seconds where the Martini interview begins.
Here’s the link to Rich Martini’s site where you can find his book, Flipside: A Tourist’s Guide on How To Navigate the Afterlife, where you can watch his documentary, Flipside, online for only $5. There’s also a link to where you can watch his 70 minute documentary on Amelia Earhart, Earhart’s Electra, for free if you’re in the U.S. There’s a lot more of interest on the site as well.
October 2012 speaker Kimberly Clark Sharp, near-death experiencer and author, Tustin
Saturday, October 13, 2012
1:00pm to 4:00pm
Our Guest Speaker
Kimberly Clark Sharp, M.S.W.
After the Light:
What I Discovered on the Other Side of Life That Can Change Your World
This is Kimberly Clark Sharp’s message from her extraordinary experience during the time after her heart suddenly stopped beating and she lay on the sidewalk, not breathing, and without a pulse. Swept into a peaceful loving place of brilliant golden light and warm comfort, she saw, for the first time, the meaning of life and death. Thereafter, Kimberly, with hamster Toto at her side, left Kansas for Seattle – known as “the Emerald City” – to fulfill a destiny devoted to the service of others as foreseen during her near-death experience (NDE).
Guided by a new sensitivity to the presence of angels, demons and other invisibilities, Kimberly attained a Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Washington and began a career in medical social work that put her in direct contact with dying people and those who almost died and came back. These inspirational stories, as well as Kimberly’s own life challenges, including breast cancer, forms the core of her book, After the Light, an NDE classic, that has educated thousands about the near-death experience with humor and tact, yet delivering the serious message that we do not die. “Death is nothing to fear – and life without fear can be lived to the fullest.”
Kimberly is the founder and president of the Seattle International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS), the oldest and one of the largest groups of its kind in the world. As a clinical social worker, Sharp has taught at the University of Washington School of Medicine and at Seattle University. She lives in Seattle, Washington, with her husband.

***Also at this meeting*** – we’ll have a drawing where four people will win a copy of Sharon Lund’s DVD, “Dying to Live: NDE documentary”, where she shares her incredible near-death experiences, how she conquered childhood abuse, her husband’s gutwrenching betrayal, and a life-threatening diagnosis. It’s thought-provoking, inspirational, and will change the way people think of life and death.

Video: An easy, effective accupressure technique for grief
Often, visitors at our monthly IANDS meetings are drawn to our group due to grief. There are many energy-based techniques for grief, this is but one of them. Remember that grief can extend to loss of a pet, a business, home, friendship, or relationship. The video is 70 seconds long.
