August Meeting with Anita Baroldi

Join the Orange County Chapter of the International Association for  Near Death Studies for their Monthly Speaker Meeting.

Our guest speaker will be Anita Baroldi

Anita Baroldi is a pilot, educator and service coordinator for NOA ( No One Dies Alone). Anita was born in Chattanooga, TN and graduated from College with a degree in Education and Psychology.  She moved to Los Angeles after graduation and taught High School in mid-city of Los Angeles.

She later moved to Orange County and was an Intermediate High School counselor in Santa Ana Unified School District.  It was during this period that she experienced two NDE’s from an ectopic pregnancy.  This changed her life experience forever.  She was hospitalized for over 5 weeks in SICU at Mission Hospital.  During most of her hospital stay, she was alone.  On the day of discharge, she weighed 72 pounds.

After this life threatening event, Anita completed the graduate studies from Pepperdine University and became the Coordinator of Psychological Studies for Santa Ana Unified School District. Later, she became an ATP pilot having flown for over twenty years.

All in her past has prepared her and lead to the greatest gift of her life, service as Coordinator of NODA Program (No One Dies Alone).  It’s not hospice. She works with people who are dying alone in a hospital or at home, when family members and friends feel ill-equipped with the death process, even if they are themselves trained professionals.

Anita describes herself as ‘neutral’, and has faith, compassion, and trust for the ‘Life Process’. She says our culture is very brave, yet fearful of death, and wants to demonstrate to others that our culture can change.

Ines Beyer, MSc, author of “Death is Not the End”, our speaker on May 13, 2017

Ines Beyer will be speaking on the subjects in her book on death and the afterlife, research that suggests consciousness exists outside the human brain and body; insights out-of-body and near-death experiences can provide.

  • Have you wondered what happens to your consciousness after your body dies?
  • Are you hoping for, or believing in an afterlife, but just aren’t sure?
  • Would you prefer more evidence that leads beyond religion, mediums, or blind faith?

Would you like to know:

  • How we continue to live after physical death and what to expect.
  • The three types of “deaths” (or deactivations), and how they affect our awareness.
  • How we spend the period between lives and the importance of a life mission.
  • Ways to come to peace with leaving this life, and letting family, friends, or partners go.

The full title of Ines’ book is:  “Death is Not The End: Understanding the Transition between Lives”,  available at BarnesandNoble.com and Amazon.com.

“This is the best book on death and the nature of the soul that I have ever read – and I have read most of them. A unique combination of research, empirical observation, and well-grounded theory, “Death is Not the End” is a jewel. Ines Beyer has contributed greatly to our knowledge of our nature with this publication. This deserves to be a best seller.”
–
Denis Purcell,  retired electrical engineer, secondary math and science teacher, and
president of the Los Angeles International Association for Near-Death Studies
“Personally, I have walked out-of-body in the afterlife, traveling well beyond the horizon of our perceived physical reality, during my own near-death experience. So, I know that the concepts of OBE and NDE are valid. I welcome this new model and will use it in my work.”
       – Alan R. Hugenot, Ph.D., author of The Death Experience: What it is like when you die.

Ines Beyer, M.Sc., is the author of the book “Death is Not the End,” and winner of the International Excellence Body, Mind, Spirit Book Award. NDE’r Nanci Danison with longest lasting, dramatic afterlife experience ever reported is guest on tonight’s Coast to Coast AM with George Noory

Former health lawyer and litigator, Nanci Danison, will discuss her 1994 episode of dying of anaphylactic shock during an invasive radiological procedure and her return from what was one of the longest-lasting and most dramatic afterlife experiences ever reported. She’ll reveal how she was astonished to both learn and personally experience that just about everything she had ever believed about life, death, and God was backwards. Followed by Open Lines in the latter half.

I’ve known about Nanci Danison for years. I’ve invited her to speak at OC IANDS, and she’s willing – but at the time, she couldn’t travel for health reasons.  I still plan to have her speak if only streamed in on skype or similar.

The information she was able to bring back and remember, which is extraordinary in itself, profoundly influenced my understanding of spirituality and the afterlife.

You’ll have to determine what time the radio show is on where you live.  In southern California, it starts at 10pm – midnight PST.  It will be followed by open lines, then the entire show repeats starting at 2:00am-4:00 am PST.
You can listen live online at http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2017/05/05

Barbara Bartolome, founder of Santa Barbara IANDS, shares her 2 NDE’s on Saturday, Apr 8, 2017

barbara-bartolome

Barbara had her first NDE as an 18 month old, and the next in 1987 when she went into cardiac arrest during a pre-surgery medical procedure. After being successfully resuscitated, she alarmed the medical staff by accurately recounting their individual comments and actions, and avoided discussing her experience with her.

Through the years, she had astounding moments of  ‘intuition’ if you want to call it that, but it was communication, to put it lightly.  She wasn’t exactly thinking of it as ‘God’, but a higher being who warned her of imminent things about to happen and how to protect herself.  There was another incident where she was given career advice in the oddest of ways, and all that ensued. Unbelievable!

She rarely spoke of her NDE’s for 20 yrs until she came across the the Near-Death Experience Research Foundation (www.nerf.org) and the IANDS organization (www.iands.org), and soon after, founded IANDS Santa Barbara in August 2011.

Barbara  is strongly committed to the IANDS organization’s purpose in promoting responsible, multi-disciplinary exploration of near-death and similar experiences, examining their effects on people’s lives, and their implications for the change to our beliefs about life, death, and human purpose.

Last December, Barbara was interviewed on NBC Today Show on the segment entitled  “Do you believe? Near-death experiences may reveal glimpses of afterlife”. http://on.today.com/2i2y7sf

She will go into much more detail of her NDE’s and resulting experiences afterward during her talk.  She just told me some of those accounts and my mouth is still hanging open!  You’ll find her an excellent NDE educator,  speaker, and a dear woman.

Frequent Coast to Coast AM Guest Rich Martini “Practical Advice for Living from People No Longer on Planet”

Date:               Saturday, March 11, 2017
Time:               1:00-4:00 pm
Place:               School of Multidimensional Healing & Sciences
Address:          18271 McDurmott West, Suite H, Irvine, CA
Cost:                $10 contribution toward our cost for rental of our meeting room.
No one is turned away for lack of money.

“HOME:  How NDEs Point to a Location That is Not Here”

Rich Martini will discuss the latest research that he’s done with his most recent book, “Hacking the Afterlife.”  A filmmaker and author, Martini began his research into the flipside with his documentary and book “Flipside: A Tourist’s Guide on How to Navigate the Afterlife.”  His follow up book “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife (Volumes 1 and 2)” explored Near-Death Experiences (NDE), and those who’ve had both an NDE and a between life session with a hypnotherapist to explore the memory of the NDE. hacking

In “Hacking the Afterlife” he converses with a number of people who claim to have access to the flipside, and delves into interviews with mediums who bring back “new information” from those who are no longer on the planet.

In his research into NDE’s and other consciousness altered events, (people under hypnosis, via an Out of Body Experience or some other event), he’s often come across the concept that people refer to the flipside as “home.”  In this talk, he’ll examine how it could be that “home” is not here, where we are, but somewhere else.

Rich is a frequent guest on George Noory’s Coast to Coast AM. His website, http://www.richmartini.com/

Rich is a popular speaker. It’s suggested to arrive at the meeting early to assure seating.
