Meeting on June 14, 2014 with Speaker JAVIER PERAZA, Tustin, CA

Javier Peraza
Javier Peraza

On March 30, 2006 at 4:11AM, Javier experienced a Distressing/Negative NDE-Like event that forever changed his life, 180 degrees, overnight.

A sort of Metamorphosis transformed him from an emotionally distant, disconnected robot into an empathic, energetic human being.  The most fundamental of his dogmas/philosophies were dramatically altered:

  1. From believing in the Finality of Existence, to knowing a Continuum of Creation.
  2. From feeling Insecure and being Anti-Social, to living Carpe Diem.
  3. From hoarding Riches, to having Rags, to sharing Riches.

The incorporation of and acclimation to this new Self did not come without a hefty price, literally and figuratively.  It took 7 years of self-destructive behavior and soul-searching adventures that ultimately culminated with his arrival at the OC IANDS Group on January 12, 2013.

Since that fateful Saturday afternoon, he has continued attending meetings and sharing whatever bits and pieces of his story that might help those in attendance. On June 14, 2014, for the first time, he will tell the whole story…

A near-death experiencer from conservative Jewish background

Beverly Brodsky

Beverly Brodsky

This Saturday, December 14, 2013, we are pleased to have Beverly Brodsky as our guest speaker, who will share her near-death experience resulting in a horrendous motorcycle accident.

Beverly  was raised in a conservative Jewish family in a mostly Jewish neighborhood in Philadelphia. She went through her teens as an atheist. Since learning of the Holocaust at age eight, she had turned angrily against any early belief in God. How could God exist and permit such a thing to occur? In July 1970, her questions were answered when a motorcycle accident led to her near-death experience. Beverly’s testimony was included in the book Lessons From the Light written by Kenneth Ring and Evelyn Elsaeser Valarino.  Ring described Beverly Brodsky’s NDE as “possibly the most moving in my entire collection.”

For two years, Beverly was on the Board of Directors for ACISTE (the American Center for the Integration of Spiritually Transformative Experiences), is the San Diego IANDS group leader for over 20 years.  She’s also a minister in the L.A. Community Church of Religious Science, and prior to retiring, was a systems and business analyst for the federal government for 28 years.

* See the bottom of this email for more information about Brad Breedlove, the teenager featured in the recent CNN special To Heaven and Back.

9/14/13 Meeting: Near Death Experiences & the Orb Phenomenon

Orange County IANDS Presents Speaker

 Virginia Michelle Hummel

Topic:   “NDE’s and the Orb Phenomenon”

Virginia and friend. One of the orbs is that of her son;

the other orb, her friend’s son who also has passed.

Virginia Hummel, also known as the Orb Whisperer, is an author and researcher of metaphysical, spiritual, and life after death subjects. A certified Light Therapist (using divine light for healing), her interests in the world of the unseen were sparked early in life by her own out-of-body experiences and communications with the other side. With the death of her youngest son in 2006, Virginia experienced a series of spontaneous spiritual events including the ability to see, interact and communicate with orbs.  An orb is a beautiful ball of light most often seen in pictures taken with a digital camera, an energy imprint of those who have crossed over before us.

Suzanne Boehm went for a routine dental appointment, and while she sat in the dentist’s chair, she simply died.  Having flat-lined for four minutes, Suzanne experienced a lengthy encounter with God.  He told her to write a book and bring certain profound messages which address many of the questions many of have, such as:

Why am I here?

Is there a meaning to my life?

What is my purpose in life?

Does God really exist?

Are my prayers heard?

Is God speaking to me, or is it just my imagination?

She died on July 13, 1993 –– that’s 20 years to the day of her talk!

Suzanne is the author of “BEYOND THE TUNNEL”, an award-winning speaker who is multilingual, and has spoken to both national and international corporations, conventions, associations, churches, and universities, and countless radio shows across the country.  She was also featured in the documentary, “Final Destination II: Cheating Death, Beyond and Back”.
