Bill McKenna, author of The Only Lesson
Bill will share his life of intense experiences, which lead to a constant struggle with crash-and-burn relationships and a battle with depression. His journey brought financial success and catastrophe, but nothing in his life would compare to the intensity of what he was about to experience – a spiritual journey and spontaneous awakening after an accident. He’ll also talk about the choice we make to respond to life situations either with fear or love, letting go of old anger and resentment. He’ll lead the group in a couple of short exercises that can allow for the freeing of these emotions.
